I know firsthand how overwhelming college can feel.

As a former student-athlete, I struggled with balancing academics, sports, and social life. Despite studying constantly, I battled intense test anxiety and eventually had to switch majors — an experience that shook my confidence and left me questioning my abilities.

This is the tool I wish I had in college — and now, it’s the one I’m honored to share with you

Today, I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help my clients reduce stress, regulate their emotions, build resilience and move forward with confidence and self-trust.

I am from Northeastern Pennsylvania and live in Knoxville, TN with my husband and son.
