From Burnout to Body Wisdom

For years, I believed that if I just worked harder and pushed more, things would eventually get easier. I kept achieving—but behind the scenes, my body was breaking down. I dealt with painful cycles, bloating, cystic acne, and exhaustion, but brushed it off as “normal.” Stress was my fuel, and I didn’t know how to slow down.

Everything shifted when I stopped trying to control my symptoms—and started listening to them.

Changing the way I nourished my body—not for weight loss, but to feel better—was the first thing that brought relief. My digestion improved, my cycles became manageable, and I felt real energy for the first time in years. That experience led me to study holistic health and functional nutrition, earning certifications through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Functional Nutrition Alliance.

But healing my body was just the beginning.

I began to see how much perfectionism, overachievement, and self-doubt had been running the show. Even with all the knowledge, I still felt anxious, wired, and disconnected. That’s when I discovered the power of nervous system regulation. I started working with an EFT practitioner to release emotional patterns I didn’t even know were running in the background—and it changed everything.

Now, I help other women do the same.
