Hi, I’m Sarah Avilla, an Emotional Regulation Coach, passionate about helping women build emotional resilience, self trust, and confidence in their ability to handle whatever comes their way.

What is Emotional Regulation Coaching?
Emotional regulation coaching supports you in learning how to work with your emotions and nervous system when life feels overwhelming, overstimulating, or high pressure. Many women carry constant mental load, responsibility, and expectations that keep the body in a stressed state. When the nervous system is under strain, emotions feel bigger, reactions happen faster, and it becomes harder to think clearly or trust yourself, even when you are capable.
Emotional regulation coaching focuses on helping your body feel safer and more settled so emotions become more manageable. One of the primary tools used in this work is EFT tapping, a mind body technique that helps calm the stress response driving emotional triggers, irritability, shutdown, and overwhelm. This can be especially supportive for overstimulated moms, women navigating pressure at work, or those moving through transitions where self doubt or imposter syndrome show up.
In sessions, we work with what your body is experiencing in real time. By using EFT tapping and other nervous system based tools while tuning into emotions, stress, or beliefs, your nervous system begins to settle. As emotional intensity lowers, triggers soften, pressure feels more manageable, and your capacity increases.
Over time, this creates noticeable change. You feel steadier in your body, respond to stress instead of reacting, and move through daily life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional flexibility.

How to Get Started Working Together
Step 1: Schedule a Complimentary Intro Call
We start with a free call to see if this work feels like a good fit. You can share what you are experiencing and ask questions. There is no pressure or commitment.
Step 2: Schedule New Client Intake Session
If we move forward, we begin with an intake session where we look at the full picture of what is affecting your nervous system and capacity. We map your unique needs and identify what may be pushing your nervous system into overwhelm or shutdown.
Step 3: Ongoing 1:1 Sessions
From there, we work one piece at a time. Similiar to building muscles at the gym, our nervous system learns safety is the baseline over time.
In sessions, we use EFT tapping to help regulate emotions so you leave feeling more settled and steady in your body. We also look at what needs to shift outside of sessions, especially around nourishment and daily support, so your nervous system can stay more regulated over time.
