EFT TAPPING AND EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE COACHING
Change the way you respond to pressure.
One-on-one coaching using EFT (commonly known as tapping) to help leaders navigate pressure with greater confidence, regulate their emotional response to stress, and continue doing the work they love without carrying the weight of it alone.
EFT is the foundation of our work together. Depending on what you're navigating, I may also incorporate neuroscience-informed coaching, visualization, nervous system education, and identity-based coaching to support lasting change.

How EFT Supports you as a Leader
Leadership isn't just about what you know. It's about how you respond.
EFT can help you:
Handle pressure without crashing.
Respond intentionally to stress and ambiguity.
Build confidence in your decisions, even when there is uncertainty.
Work through challenging situations with practical tools.
Become more aware of your thoughts and default reactions.
Feel more grounded during difficult conversations.
Shift beliefs that no longer support your growth.
Recover more quickly after stressful moments.
As the way you respond begins to change, you'll likely notice yourself showing up differently for yourself, your team, and the people who matter most.
Leadership is emotionally demanding
The Way You Respond Shapes the Way You Lead
Leadership requires more than expertise, strategy, and decision-making.
It requires the ability to navigate uncertainty, manage pressure, communicate effectively, and stay grounded when the demands are high.
I work with leaders proactively to strengthen their emotional resilience, shift the way they respond to stress and pressure, and build the capacity to lead with confidence through change.
The leaders I support are often navigating:
-
You love your work. You care deeply about what you do.
But the pressure, responsibility, and pace of your role can start to impact how you think, feel, and show up.
You may be experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, or feeling like you're carrying too much for too long.
EFT helps you work through the emotional response connected to these experiences so you can feel more grounded and respond with greater confidence.
-
You make decisions with incomplete information. You navigate difficult conversations. You carry responsibility for people, outcomes, and the direction of your team.
Leadership often means moving forward without having all the answers.
Together, we'll strengthen the way you respond so you can handle pressure without crashing, respond intentionally to stress and ambiguity, and build confidence in your decisions even when there is uncertainty.
-
As your leadership grows, so do the expectations, visibility, and responsibility that come with it.
You may find yourself questioning your decisions, carrying the weight of others' expectations, or navigating the discomfort that comes with stepping into a bigger role.
We'll use EFT to work through the emotional patterns, experiences, and beliefs that influence how you show up while strengthening the confidence and self-trust that support the leader you're becoming.
FROM ONE LEADER TO ANOTHER
“I work in a high-pressure, very visible role within higher education. I’m responsible for a large team, lead strategic and operational efforts, and advise one of the senior-most leaders at the institution. The work is demanding, with long hours and a lot of anxiety and pressure.
The EFT Tapping work I’ve done with Sarah has supported me mentally, physically, at home, in my relationships, and at work. Despite the demands of my role, I love my career, and EFT has become an important tool that helps me show up for myself and my team.
Through this work, I’ve become more aware of my thoughts, especially the unhelpful ones, and the physical sensations in my body. I’ve learned to understand my reactions, work through challenging situations, and respond more intentionally.
Leaders bring the weather, and EFT Tapping has become one of the most valuable tools I use to support myself and create a positive environment for the people who depend on me.”

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), commonly known as tapping, is a mind-body approach that combines focused attention on a stressful thought, emotion, or experience with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points.
Think of it as helping your mind and body find the "off switch" for stress.
-
Both approaches can be incredibly valuable, and many of my clients have experience with both.
Talk therapy often focuses on helping you understand your experiences, process emotions, and gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors.
Clinical EFT also creates space for insight, but it adds another layer by working directly with your nervous system. Through tapping, we help reduce the emotional intensity connected to a thought, belief, memory, or situation so it becomes easier to respond differently.
Many of my clients come to me because they understand why they think, feel, or behave the way they do. They’re looking for support creating change. Clinical EFT helps bridge the gap between awareness and action by helping your mind and body experience those situations differently.
-
Yes. A growing body of research has examined EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and found it can support reductions in anxiety, stress, and psychological distress while improving emotional regulation.
Research has shown EFT may help reduce cortisol levels, one of the body's primary stress hormones, and support a calmer stress response.
When your nervous system is no longer stuck in a heightened state of stress, it becomes easier to think clearly, make decisions, communicate effectively, and respond with intention.

Every person is different.
Some clients experience meaningful shifts during their first session. Other changes happen gradually through repetition, practice, and consistent application over time.
The clients who experience the most lasting transformation are typically the ones who remain engaged in the process and apply what they’re learning between sessions.
