About the Sessions
Every session is personalized to you.
We’ll begin with what’s most present in your life, identify the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, or protective patterns contributing to what you’re experiencing, and use Clinical EFT to help reduce the emotional intensity around them.
Clinical EFT is a personalized, evidence-informed approach that’s tailored specifically to your experiences, emotions, beliefs, and goals.
The goal of this work is to help you respond differently to life’s challenges so you don’t feel like your emotions are controlling you. As your emotional responses begin to shift, taking action becomes more natural, decisions become clearer, and it becomes easier to live in alignment with who you are and what matters most to you.
Every client comes with a different story, but here are a few examples of what we’ve worked through together…
Stepping into a new leadership role while navigating imposter syndrome and learning to trust yourself in the room.
Navigating a career or business pivot without letting fear of making the wrong decision keep you stuck.
Moving through the fear of being seen so you can confidently speak up, lead meetings, create content, and share your work.
Breaking the cycle of procrastination, overthinking, and self-doubt so taking action feels more natural.
Releasing the pressure of a demanding career so you don’t let stress and anxiety dictate how you show up at work, at home, or in your relationships.
Expanding into a bigger season of life or leadership without letting old protective patterns pull you back.
Why this Work Matters to Me
I found EFT tapping after years of reading the books, listening to the podcasts, and spending time in talk therapy. I understood many of my patterns and where they came from, yet I still found myself repeating them. I was incredibly self-aware, but I felt stuck and it was incredibly frustrating.
Everything changed when I experienced Clinical EFT one-on-one with a practitioner. For the first time, I wasn’t just gaining insight. I was changing the way I responded. I noticed the difference immediately, and the more I practiced it, the more things began to change. I developed deep self-trust, welcomed discomfort knowing I could handle it, and began taking actions that had previously felt impossible.
That experience changed the course of my life. It inspired me to become a Clinical EFT Practitioner so I could help others experience that same kind of change.

Private tapping sessions is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create meaningful change over time.
Our sessions provide space for reflection, awareness, emotional processing, and growth. Between sessions, you’ll have opportunities to apply what you’re learning in your everyday life.
Meaningful change happens through awareness, repetition, consistency, and action. The work we do together creates insight. What you practice between sessions helps create lasting transformation.

Both approaches can be incredibly valuable, and many of my clients have experience with both.
Talk therapy often focuses on helping you understand your experiences, process emotions, and gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors.
Clinical EFT also creates space for insight, but it adds another layer by working directly with your nervous system. Through tapping, we help reduce the emotional intensity connected to a thought, belief, memory, or situation so it becomes easier to respond differently.
Many of my clients come to me because they understand why they think, feel, or behave the way they do. They’re looking for support creating change. Clinical EFT helps bridge the gap between awareness and action by helping your mind and body experience those situations differently.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, is a mind-body practice that combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points on the body.
Tapping helps increase awareness of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be influencing how you feel and behave. It can also help reduce emotional intensity, process difficult emotions, release resistance, and support the development of new beliefs and responses.
-
Not at all. Many clients have never tapped before their first session. I’ll guide you through the process and help you learn how to use it in a way that feels supportive and accessible.
-
Every person is different.
Some clients experience meaningful shifts during their first session. Other changes happen gradually through repetition, practice, and consistent application over time.
The clients who experience the most lasting transformation are typically the ones who remain engaged in the process and apply what they’re learning between sessions.
