Multi-passionate human who likes to make things easier
I'm Sarah — customer experience and operations consultant, curious thinker, and someone who loves finding ways to make life and work flow a little better. With over 10 years of experience in project management, implementation, and improving how businesses operate, I've worked across technology, marketing, education, and health and wellness, helping teams bring ideas to life, improve processes, and create better experiences for the people they serve.
I'm naturally curious, love solving problems, and genuinely enjoy getting into the details of how things work. Give me a complicated process, a messy workflow, or a business owner with everything living in their head, and I'm in my element.
What excites me most is finding the connections between people, processes, and systems, and discovering opportunities to make the way we work more effective and the experiences we create more meaningful.
How I Got Here
Throughout my career, I've held roles that required me to see the bigger picture while managing all the moving pieces that bring it together. From managing projects and implementing technology to coordinating teams and improving service delivery, I've spent years helping leaders translate ideas into action.
Along the way, I also became a business owner myself.
Building my own business gave me a firsthand understanding of the many things it takes to keep a business running. It also opened my eyes to how easily the day-to-day demands of serving clients can take priority over building the systems and processes that support the work behind the scenes.
I understand how much thought and energy goes into growing a business, and how difficult it can be to find the time to step back and look at the bigger picture. That perspective deepened my interest in the connection between how a business operates and the experience it creates for its clients and team.
My Philosophy
Slow Down to Speed Up
I believe the best way to move forward is to slow down long enough to understand what's happening across your business. As business owners, we're often immersed in delivering our services, leaving little time to reflect on how our processes, communication, and customer experience are working together.
By creating thoughtful systems, clear expectations, and predictable processes, we can help clients feel guided and supported while giving our teams the structure they need to deliver consistently and confidently.
When the experience reflects the care and quality you bring to your work, trust grows, relationships deepen, and clients become more likely to return and refer others.
Slow down to speed up is about being intentional with how you build and deliver your services, creating a stronger experience for your clients and a more sustainable business for you.
What it’s Like to Work with Me
I approach every business with curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest looking at the bigger picture, understanding how things currently work, while paying attention to where there are potential gaps we can fill. I’m not interested in reinventing the wheel unless the wheel is broken and needs to be fixed.
Integrity is important to me. I believe in following through on commitments and making sure the experience you promise is reflected in the experience you deliver.
In my previous work in services operations at an edtech company, I saw firsthand how thoughtful communication and well-designed processes can make a measurable difference:
97% customer satisfaction on post-implementation surveys.
60+ standard operating procedures developed to support consistent service delivery.
$400K in revenue generated within six months of launching new services.
Today, I bring that same focus on thoughtful experiences, practical systems, and follow-through to the small businesses I work with.
Outside of Work…
I'm a wife, mom, lifelong learner, creative thinker, and someone endlessly curious about people, how we work, and what makes life meaningful.
With a background in psychology, I'm fascinated by human behavior, personal growth, and the connections between our minds, bodies, and emotions. Health and wellness are important to me, and I'm always exploring new ways to learn, grow, and feel my best.
I'm also someone with a lot of interests. I'm a Swiftie, love exploring new places with my husband, consider myself a major foodie (oysters on the half shell are always a yes!), and love cooking and finding new ways to nourish my family. I'm also a dog person who will absolutely stop to pet every dog I see. I love personal style and expressing myself creatively through video, writing, and long-form content.
Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers, reminding me to be intentional about who I am, how I show up, and the life I want to create for my family.
Family, community, integrity, quality time, and growth are at the heart of how I want to live. I value meaningful connections, lifelong learning, and exploring the world with curiosity. I'm learning to embrace all the different parts of who I am and make room for joy, creativity, freedom, and the people I love.
Let’s Connect!
If you’re growing a business and see an opportunity to improve your customer experience, make service delivery smoother, or make day-to-day operations easier to manage, I’d love to connect. You don’t have to figure out every gap in your business while you’re busy keeping it running.
