The Clarity Session is a 75-minute guided experience designed to help you uncover the emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, fears, resistance, and nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck or causing you to repeat the same cycle.
Through a combination of somatic practices including visualization, meditation, EFT Tapping, and guided reflection, we’ll explore your goal, identify what may be holding you back, and uncover what needs to shift in order for you to move forward.
This process helps bring awareness to the thoughts, emotions, and patterns operating beneath the surface so you can stop guessing and start moving forward with greater clarity and intention.

Expansion Coaching
Designed for individuals navigating growth, pursuing a meaningful goal, or stepping into a new level of visibility, leadership, or responsibility.
We begin with a Nervous System Assessment to identify the patterns and stressors that may be limiting your growth. Through ongoing coaching and EFT Tapping, we’ll work to release resistance, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop the beliefs, behaviors, and capacity needed to support the person you’re becoming.
The goal is to help you grow sustainably and hold more without sacrificing your wellbeing.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, is a mind-body practice that combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points on the body.
Tapping helps increase awareness of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be influencing how you feel and behave. It can also help reduce emotional intensity, process difficult emotions, release resistance, and support the development of new beliefs and responses.

Not at all. Many clients have never tapped before their first session. I’ll guide you through the process and help you learn how to use it in a way that feels supportive and accessible.

Most of the patterns we work on have been developing for years, sometimes decades. While insight can happen quickly, creating lasting change requires awareness, repetition, practice, and support.
The three-month commitment creates the consistency needed to build momentum and begin integrating new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.

All coaching sessions are currently held virtually via Zoom, allowing us to work together regardless of location. I am located in the Eastern time zone.
